The sensitive repair and refurbishment of a beautiful Victorian Villa, now a school, for the Department for Education. BluePrint provides historic building consultancy services, addressing the extensive repairs and detailed conservation works. The project is on-site, and we are addressing all heritage aspects during construction, including site visits to liaise with subcontractors, confirm repair methodology and workmanship standards, complete quality inspections, and sign off on the work.
